If you're no longer able to plan the details yourself, I can work closely with your loved ones to create a personalised end-of-life ceremony on your behalf that honours your wishes, your values and the legacy you leave behind.

These meetings can be held with you, with your loved ones, or together. If you're no longer able to participate, I'll work closely with those closest to you to create a ceremony that reflects your wishes, values and legacy.

Support choosing readings, music, symbolic rituals, cultural or spiritual traditions and ways for family and friends to participate.

Where required, I'll work with your loved ones, hospital, hospice, aged care home or palliative care team to ensure everything comes together with care and compassion.
